WestJewel offers customers the ability to order online or via fax. Only orders from registered customers will be accepted. Please view the "Register" page for more information on registering with us.

Orders via website

Please select one of the three product categories you wish to view by placing your cursor on the respective image (The three images displayed will be Gold, Silver and Sundries). Click on the image to be taken directly to the available products within the selected category.

Once on the product page, select the sub category you wish to view (e.g. rings, earrings, chains, etc). You will now be presented with all available products within the range.

To place an order, click on the product item required to obtain both an expanded view and detailed description. Place the quantity required in the relevant box and select add to my order. You will now be able to view your order as well as the total cost thus far (excluding postage, if applicable).

Any alterations can be made by clicking on the quantity ordered and making the necessary adjustments.. Should you wish to delete an item completely, make use of the delete this item icon. Once adjustments have been made click the save new quantity icon This will return you to the order screen.

To add additional items to your order select the continue product search icon which will return to the last product page viewed.

To complete the order process select the finalise my order icon, this will display your finalised order, including your unique order number. Please complete the vacant fields provided and add any special instruction/requests you may have. Copies of this order will be emailed to A - your default email address (as listed with us), B - the email address entered and C - a copy to Westjewel. Finalise the entire process by selecting the send order now icon.

Westjewel will confirm receipt of your order, within 1 working day. Should you not hear from us within this time frame, please contact us immediately on +27 21 424 3474 and quote the order number provided.

Once the order is ready to be despatched, Westjewel will be in contact with you to make arrangements for payment.

Download the order form, complete and fax back to us (+27 21 424 0008). Always ensure that your details are correct before sending an order. WestJewel will contact you to confirm your order.
